We’re looking forward to a new book exchange, with reading recommendations, relaxed discussion, and music in the background On Sunday, May 7, from 16:00, at Tranzit House.
How does it work: bring one, two, three books to the event, exchange as many books as you like. We encourage ongoing exchanges. If you would like to offer books for loan, please note your contact details on the bookmarks we have prepared. If you like, hang out with us: we talk about what we read, what we recommend and what we don’t, what our reading habits are.

Recommended donation: 10-15 lei

Help us support Tranzit House, one of the longest-running cultural centres in Romania, a space that stands as a reminder of the consequences of social exclusion, but also of the power of cultural regeneration. Part of the donations support the space, part support AIVI educational projects dedicated to young people across the country.

Book Exchange Cluj is an event organized by the Informal Association of Voices for Inclusion (at the initiative of bookblog.ro). The idea of the project is to develop an active community of people passionate about reading, to create bridges between us, to (re)learn to discuss, to exchange ideas and, of course, books. We believe that valuable things should be shared with others.
