The documentary film evokes the history of the former Jewish community in Odorheiu Secuiesc. The Jews who settled in the town in the 19th century became Hungarian speakers and maintained good relations with the Hungarians of Transylvania even after Trianon. Today there are no Jews living in the town. Most Holocaust survivors have left Transylvania and moved to Israel. The tragedy that ended more than a century of peaceful coexistence remains completely unknown to the current inhabitants of Odorheiu Secuiesc, and the makers of the documentary set out to change that.
