Pavel, who emigrated from Chișinău to Italy to work there, has been abused by his employer for a long time. As the situation becomes more severe, the father desperately asks for help from his daughter, Lina, who works as an investigative journalist. Ever since she moved away from home, Lina has tried to limit her relationship with her emotionally and physically abusive father to the minimum. Once she decides to help him along with her partner, the couple, armed with a video camera embarks on a journey across countries and generations to trace the roots and mechanisms of violence.
