Where do the flavors that shape the imagination of Müzeyen, a chef from a family of Bulgarian Turks from the Ludogorie region, originate? What etiquette does Velichka Obreykova, a graduate of the Vienna Conservatory, pass on to her granddaughter when, after 9 September, along with the factories of their prominent Plovdiv family, their home kitchen is also taken away? What makes the recipe of an iconic tripe soup in a small Romani diner so resilient to time that even after 26 years not a single spice has been changed?
Come until the 1st of March and discover the answers by stepping into a space where images breathe, stories whisper through headphones, and the kitchen of the heart invites you to taste and remember.
